I am so happy to have found Vellairpro. I have a Commercial Building and had old units that needed to be tossed and others that needed maintenance. I wanted this job done fast. Boy was I over delivered! I requested a quote 9.30am Friday - Brett was the the first to call at 10am - we met onsite at 11am - the repairs were done straight away - I received a quote for the rest of the work that night - on Saturday Brett rang to say all done! How efficient is that. I highly recommend Vellairpro!

I urgently needed my Florist Cool Room serviced and I had no time to waste. After 3 calls to other fridge repairers, I called Vellairpro and spoke to Brett. He was professional from the start and asked me several questions to gain an understanding of the problem. My problem was more serious than could be resolved over the phone, so he informed me that he could attend the business between 3.30 and 4.00pm but probably closer to 4.00. He also was up front with the costings and asked if I still required his service.
At 3.37 he arrived and I was over the moon that he arrived within the stated time. Within 1 hour he had fixed my cool room and fully explained the cause. I even got free post service energy saving advice. I hope I never have a problem with my cool room again, but if I do then Vellairpro will be the one I call.

Was able to book a call quickly, was able to come out a bit a earlier and called to arrange. Unfortunately, though he tinkered to the best of his ability, he had to pronounce our air conditioner as beyond all help. It is an older system and has had a good life and got us through the hottest day ever recently. It was only to be expected at some stage. Gave us some good advice on choosing a new system. Would recommend to others.

I am very happy with the service I received from Vellairpro in repairing my Airwell Unit. Very professional, polite and helpful. Responded quickly and always kept me informed of the progress. Airwell the maker of my unit went out of business a few years ago and Vellairpro went out of there way to find compatible spare parts. They had to come out a couple of times to finalise the difficult repair and always kept me informed via the telephone. The access to my roof cavity was very tight and awkward but he persevered and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone who has a problem with their air conditioner. Thank you Brett for your great service.

We had an issue with our HAN-L5 controller. They dentified the problem and fixed it very quickly and efficiently. Communication skills were excellent, he was prompt with his phone calls and arrived on time to do the job. The unit is now working well and I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Great communication, fast response and very professional! Brett was able to come look at the problem within 24 hours, got straight on to the issue and identified a second problem we weren't aware of very quickly. He was extremely thorough in ensuring the system would continue to work correctly and wouldn't pose a safety risk. I was impressed with his efficiency and how he kept me in the loop whilst he worked on the problem, and will definitely call him again in the future if we have need of his services.
